Refund & Reshipment Policy

Rx Cart (“we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide customers with high-quality service and a smooth ordering experience. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information on our platform is for general knowledge only. Customers should consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns or prescriptions.
- Local Regulatory Compliance
Laws and regulations regarding pharmaceuticals vary by country. By placing an order, you confirm it is to receive the product in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Controlled or Restricted Substances
Some products may be regulated or restricted in certain countries. If customs rejects or returns your package due to local regulations, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment unless otherwise stated in this policy.
- Limitation of Liability
Rx Cart will not be held liable for misuse of products, adverse reactions, or any non-compliance with local laws. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product(s) purchased, subject to the terms of this policy.
2. Payments & Order Confirmation
- We require 100% advance payment before shipping any orders.
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving your payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not confirmed or if we have concerns regarding potential regulatory issues.
3. Order Shipping & Communication
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information typically becomes available within 2–4 business days of placing your order. Please note that updates may take additional time to appear on the carrier’s website.

We ensure all shipped products have a minimum expiry period of 12 months, unless otherwise indicated. If a 12-month expiry is unavailable, we will ship the best available option without prior notification.
- Shipping Carriers: We provide Standard shipping and Express Shipping using postal services.
- Standard shipping - 3 to 4 weeks
- Express Shipping - 2 to 3 weeks

Skip the Line Processing is an optional add-on that prioritizes your order in our fulfillment queue. When selected, your order is processed ahead of standard orders and prepared for shipment faster from our warehouse.
Important: This option speeds up processing time only and does not change the shipping method or delivery time once shipped. For the fastest overall delivery, we recommend combining it with Express Shipping.
4. Product Non-Availability
- If the specific product or brand you ordered is unavailable or has a short expiry, we will offer an equivalent or superior alternative.
- If we proceed with a substitution, we will notify you prior to shipment whenever possible.
5. Reshipment Policy
We understand that situations may arise where orders are not delivered as expected. The following terms apply to reshipments:
a) Reshipping for Address Errors
- If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for providing correct address details. A reshipment fee may apply.
- If the error occurred due to packing or labeling mistakes on our part, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
b) Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery carrier makes multiple attempts and is unable to complete delivery, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to discuss the reshipment process, and additional shipping charges may apply.
c) Lost or Damaged Packages
- If an order is confirmed as lost or significantly damaged during transit, we will initiate a reshipment at no additional cost after confirming the issue with the shipping carrier.
d) Reshipping for Customs Delays/Seizure
- If a package is delayed at customs for more than 2 weeks, we will reship the package at no cost.
- If a second reshipment is required for the same order due to custom delays, 50% of the total order cost will be charged.
e) Delivery Delays
- If your package takes longer than 5 weeks from the dispatch date to be delivered, it will be eligible for reshipment.
Important Notes for Reshipment:
- Reshipment applies only to personal orders, defined as orders up to 300 tablets per parcel.
- For all destinations, a free reshipment will be provided where applicable.
- Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.
6. Reshipment Timeline
- Reshipment requests must be made within 8 weeks from the dispatch date.
- Once notified of a non-delivery situation, we will process reshipments within 3 business days.
- Actual delivery timelines will depend on the carrier and destination country.
7. Promotional Products
Promotional products (if applicable) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to modify, withhold, or change promotional items at our discretion.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no additional cost before it enters the processing stage.
Once the order has shipped or entered customs, cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees.
Any non-refundable costs (including shipping, handling, or any applicable regulatory fees) remain your responsibility if cancellation occurs after shipment.
9. Return & Refund Policy
Return of Pharmaceuticals: Due to safety and regulatory concerns, we generally do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part or a clear defect.
If a return is authorized, the item(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7–14 business days).
This policy may vary based on local laws and health regulations in each destination country.
